Thank you for your interest in hosting a self-management workshop! These FREE programs are facilitated by two trained leaders and accommodate small groups of 8-12 participants. Workshops can be facilitated in-person and virtually. Requirements for in-person and virtual workshops are listed below.
Workshops can be hosted any many locations, including worksites, faith-based organizations, medical offices, universities, community centers, libraries, and more! To offer a workshop at your organization, please complete this form, and we will be in touch with you soon!
- Location must be ADA accessible
- Location must have a meeting space with enough room to house two leaders, 8-12 participants, tables, chairs, and participant’s materials (workbook, paper, pens, etc.)
- Be able to recruit 8-12 participants
- Be able to recruit 8-12 participants
- Participants must be able to access the internet to join workshops
- Participants must use a webcam during workshops
